Components and technical features

Optimization the structure of crushing chamber
Adopting V type crushing chamber, increasing the actual feeding size, with large stroke and large inclination design of toggle plate, so that the stroke at the bottom of the crushing chamber is larger, the material throughput capacity is stronger, and the crushing efficiency is greatly improved.
Integral bearing housing
Integral cast steel bearing housing and main frame is assembled by bolts, it avoids unnecessary radial load in the process of fastening for the combination type bearing housing, this type of assembly makes bearings run more smoothly.
Integrated motor base
Integrated motor base, motor base is fixed to the crusher, it saves installation space; pin hinged belt tensioning scheme makes the power transmission more stable and easy to adjust.
Discharge opening adjustment device
Adopt mechanical or hydraulic discharge opening adjustment device, its double wedge adjustment method is simpler, safer and faster than shim adjustment operation, saving downtime.
Strengthened main shaft
The eccentric shaft adopts the design of large shaft diameter but small eccentricity, material by forged 40Cr or 42CrMo, large excessive rounding processing, rough machining and heat treatment before fine machining; the superior manufacturing process ensures the main shaft can withstand greater impact loads.
Moving jaw
FEM optimized design of the moving jaw, box-type structure makes the moving jaw more robust and durable.
Large-size bearing design for higher load capacity and longer service life.
Cheek plates and jaw plates
Produced by high manganese steel, a variety of tooth types jaw paltes are available for different materials.

Working principle

The motor drives the belt pulley and moves the movable jaw along a specific trajectory through the eccentric shaft. After entering the crushing chamber, the material is crushed by impact, extrusion and grinding between the two jaws, and then discharged from the discharge opening.
