Optimization the structure of crushing chamber
Adopting V type crushing chamber, increasing the actual feeding size, with large stroke and large inclination design of toggle plate, so that the stroke at the bottom of the crushing chamber is larger, the material throughput capacity is stronger, and the crushing efficiency is greatly improved.Integral bearing housing
Integral cast steel bearing housing and main frame is assembled by bolts, it avoids unnecessary radial load in the process of fastening for the combination type bearing housing, this type of assembly makes bearings run more smoothly.Integrated motor base

The motor drives the belt pulley and moves the movable jaw along a specific trajectory through the eccentric shaft. After entering the crushing chamber, the material is crushed by impact, extrusion and grinding between the two jaws, and then discharged from the discharge opening.
