Process diagram
A complete automatic running mini stone crusher plant, typical process capacity like 10 to 20 tons per hour, it means the plant produces total 10 to 20 tons sand and gravels in an hour. Depends on the type of rocks, the most common way is by a jaw crusher as primary crushing, and an impact crusher as secondary crushing, then by a circular vibrating screen to separate the crushed sand and gravels to different groups. Different equipment are connected by belt conveyors.
Typical discharge size like 0-5mm, 5 to 12mm, 12 to 19mm, 19 to 25mm, it can be adjusted according to the actual requirements.
