1. Installation and commissioning
1.1 Flotation machine tank
1.1.1 Installation order: first install the head tank, then install the middle tank, and finally install the tail tank.
1.1.2 Before the installation of the trough body, the level deviation of the foundation seat should be measured with the level mapping instrument, after the trough body is installed on the foundation, make the overflow weir of each trough body into the same level on both sides, use the level ruler to find the correctness between different trough bodies, and make the whole machine level in the length direction and width direction with different thickness of mat board, and the total deviation in the length direction should not exceed 3-5mm, the inlet, trough body and trough body, trough body and middle ore box connection Then tighten the bolts of each part of the machine body.
1.2 Mixing device
1.2.1 The hollow shaft and the impeller should be installed firmly, and the horizontal surface of the impeller should be ensured to be perpendicular to the hollow shaft, and should not be crosstalked up and down.
1.2.2 The impeller should be aligned with the center hole of the bottom, and its deviation should not be more than 3mm.
1.2.3 the stator guide blade is aligned with the flow stabilizer on the bottom, and shall not be misaligned.
1.2.4 The radial and axial clearance between the impeller and the stator should be ensured between 7-9mm, and the clearance can be measured from any three points of equal distance on the outer diameter of the impeller in the installation, and the axial clearance is adjusted by the adjustment pad.
1.2.5 The installation of drive v-belt should be moderately tight. Before installing the v-belt, first install the motor and the size of the pulley on the mixing shaft, and then put the v-belt into the pulley groove after leveling, adjust the center distance and tension the v-belt. Turn the motor and continue to adjust the v-belt so that the loose side is slightly bowed when driving with load.
1.2.6 Install the safety cover of the v-belt pulley, the safety cover legs into the tube seat should be stable.
1.2.7 Check the direction of rotation of the motor, impeller for clockwise rotation, mixing mechanism should be flexible rotation, no jamming phenomenon.
1.3 Scraper mechanism
1.3.1 Install the scraper shaft, scraper frame, scraper rubber and make the scraper shaft rotate, the gap between the scraper rubber plate and the overflow port is consistent, not more than 5mm, and the scraper of the latter slot is staggered 30 degrees with the scraper of the former slot in turn.
1.3.2 The center of the scraper shaft are in the same line, and the coaxiality deviation of two adjacent shafts is not more than 0.8mm
1.4 Liquid level control mechanism
Fixed liquid level adjustment mechanism, so that the mechanism in manual or automatic operation state lifting flexible, and within the design requirements of the lifting range.
1.5 The installation of the gate mechanism should ensure that the gate is flexible to lift, and there is no leakage.
1.6 The installation of the ore release mechanism should ensure that the hand wheel is flexible in rotation.
1.7 The flotation machine should be installed according to the design requirements to inject grease into each lubrication point, and clean up the bolts, cotton and other foreign objects dropped into the tank during the installation process.
1.8 Fill the water to the overflow port, and check the installation level and leakage of the tank without opening the mixing mechanism.
1.9 After normal inspection, start the motor and run it under no load, check the current of the motor and the heat of each part, if there is no abnormality, it can be fed.
2. Operation points and daily maintenance
2.1 During the operation of the equipment, the temperature rise of the bearings of the mixing mechanism and the scraper bearings should not exceed 25℃ and the temperature rise of the motor bearings should not exceed the allowed value.
2.2 When there is a strange noise in the rotor body, the clearance between the stator and the rotor, the spindle bearing, the transmission tape and the fixed parts of the rotor should be checked, and the abnormal problems should be handled and replaced.
2.3 stator guide blade and false bottom steady flow plate in the high-speed slurry under the wash is very easy to wear, should be frequently checked and replaced in a timely manner.
2.4 The fastening bolts in the tank body are easy to loosen and fall off under the impact of high-speed slurry, which may lead to the sinking of the stator, and should be inspected and replaced in time every shift.
2.5 scraping bubble mechanism scraping bubble rate decline, check whether the oil-resistant rubber plate is damaged, and timely adjustment and replacement.
2.6 scraping bubble mechanism vibration or swing, check whether the drive shaft is cracked and whether the coupling is off.
2.7 impeller inspection, when the impeller wear diameter of more than 10%, there are holes or cracks, to replace in a timely manner.
2.8.1 Mixing mechanism and scraping bubble mechanism reducer oil change once every 3 months.
2.8.2 The spindle bearing of the mixing mechanism should be oiled once a month.
2.8.3 The oil bearing of the scraping mechanism should be oiled once a day.
2.9 Feeding volume, feeding concentration should be kept stable, dosing system should be reasonable, hollow shaft and sleeve intake should be adjusted appropriately, flotation tank liquid level should be adjusted, scraper should not scrape water.
2.10 Stop feeding before stopping. When stopping for a long time, the slurry should be emptied by opening the ore valve to avoid the deposition of coal slurry at the bottom of the tank and blocking the pipeline.
2.11 Frequently check whether the automatic level control device is reliable and whether the given value of liquid level is appropriate.
